Dedicated Account Manager and Executive Account Director
Your dedicated Account Manager will act as a single point of contact between your business and GB. Your Account Manager will make it their priority to understand your business, and provide advice to improve your claims performance.

GB will provide your business with a dedicated claims team, led by an experienced Team Manager and supported by a highly qualified team of specialists. Your Account Manager will work closely with your claims team to make sure they understand your business and its objectives.
GB provides a scheduled approach to client engagement, including monthly, quarterly and annual reviews to discuss claims strategy and ensure we continue to understand your business and meet your expectations. Our service commitments will be documented in a Service Level Agreement, monitored continuously by your Account Manager.
